Placing an order:
By placing an order to Little Occasions Children’s Designer Partyware, you will have been taken to have read and understood our Terms and Conditions of use and agree to them.
Little Occasions Children’s Designer Partyware reserves the right to cancel orders at any time prior to full payment being received and verified.
You may vary any order to Little Occasions Children’s Designer Partyware by written request at any time before the order has been filled and delivered to you.
Little Occasions Children’s Designer Partyware reserves the right to discontinue any line of its products at any time and without prior notice. Where a product becomes unavailable after acceptance of your order, Little Occasions Children’s Designer Partyware will contact you and offer an alternative and/or remove the item from your order.
Once you have chosen your items for purchase in your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” where you will be prompted for information and assisted with your payment of your partyware. Prior to completing your checkout, you will have an opportunity tor review the transaction, and then an election to either proceed, amend or terminate the proposed transaction. On completion of your checkout, a confirmation letter will be emailed through to you for your records; we suggest you keep a copy.
Payment Terms:
All prices quoted are in South African Rands and include VAT at 14%. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice at anytime.
Your total order price will include the cost of your purchase plus the applicable VAT and delivery charges.
Once you have added sufficient items to your shopping cart proceed to the “Checkout” function and follow the requested order process instructions. We do accept three methods of payment; these include credit card, EFT and direct deposit.
No order will be processed until such time as full payment has been received and verified in our bank account.
Credit card:
Should you be paying by credit card, we accept both Visa and MasterCard. These details will be requested from you when you complete your order online and proceed to the “checkout” function. If you do not have a credit card please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete your order. All of your order details will be saved online under the “Your Account” section and can be accessed when you are ready.

Direct Deposit:
The same process applies for a Direct Deposit as an EFT except that you will need to go into your bank to make the deposit. How long will it take:
Once payment has been received and verified please allow 10 working days for your package to be sent to you. In some instances this may be sooner, however if some items are temporarily out of stock this process may take longer. Little Occasions Children’s Designer Partyware endeavours to provide satisfactory customer service in its delivery times. Should you require any package sooner than the allotted 10 working days please contact us to make special arrangements.
You will be notified by email once your package has been sent to you with your relevant tracking number.
Delivery:
Your invoice will include the cost of delivery. The cost of local (RSA) delivery will be included on your invoice at a charge of R100-00.
All packages will be delivered to you. There are no collections. Merchandise will be sent to you by courier. You will be notified by email once the parcel has been sent with the relevant tracking number.
Should you not receive your parcel in the confirmed time frame please contact us immediately on +27 (0)11 791 7436 and we will assist you.
It is most important that the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Packages will be delivered to the following countries outside of South Africa, if your country of residence is not stipulated below please contact us directly for further assistance. It is important to note that an international delivery fee will be levied to the below customers and all VAT, GST, Import Duties etc. that is due in your country of residence will be for your own account.

Customer Service / Return Policy:
Little Occasions Children’s Designer Partyware is committed to our customer’s satisfaction.
We will accept the return of any damaged / faulty party items for merchandise refund or credit within 30 calendar days of purchase so long as the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please notify Little occasions Children’s Designer partyware within 24 hours of receipt of these damaged / faulty party items so that the necessary arrangements can be made for collection within the prescribed 30 calendar days notice period.
If your order is damaged in transit and/or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) and we will replace your order or refund the entire amount of your purchase. The damaged goods need to be returned to Little Occasions Children’s Designer Partyware within 14 calendar days of receipt or no refund/exchange will be made. We will provide you with the relevant details in order for you to return these goods to us via courier.
We make every effort to ensure that all orders are processed thoroughly, however, mistakes can happen. If your order does not arrive as you expected, please let us know immediately (within 24 hours of receipt), and we will make every reasonable effort to correct any mistake and courier you the proper merchandise.
Should you wish to cancel your purchase by exercising your cooling off rights as set out in section 44 of the ECTA, kindly notify us in writing of your intention either by email or fax. If you wish to exercise this right after payment has been made your money will be refunded to you within 30 calendar days of receiving your cancellation in writing either by email or fax. Should you have already received your merchandise; these must be returned to us in the original packaging within 14 calendar days and all courier/delivery fees will be for your own account. Should we not receive the goods after a cancellation notice within the prescribed time frame no refund will be made.
